What an intense match this was! The Bulldogs ended up winning by a score of 3-2, but it was a dogfight til the end.

At 1 singles, Jacob Erwin was first off the court, falling to an All-State candidate and senior Jon Callane 0-6,1-6, but played really well.

Next was Isaac Bair at 2 singles, who played his best match of the season and defeated Taylor Duncan 6-1,6-3.

Camden Gooding, 3 singles was next off the court and although he fought and played well, fell to a strong opponent, Ty Luderbaugh 6-3,6-1.

Down 1-2 in the match, both Bulldogs doubles team began third sets almost at the same time. Nick Thalls and Ian Bailey evened the match at 2 all with a 3-6,6-1,6-1 win over Brandon Hansen and Jacob Walker. After a slow start in the first the 2 doubles duo really played well, dominating the last two sets.

With the match tied at 2 overall, it came down to the 1 doubles team of Corbin Renihan and Landon Bair. The duo won a tight first set 6-4, then got blown out in the second set 0-6. But with the match on the line, they regrouped and played a phenomenal third set, winning 6-1!

The JV had a good night against good competition and eventually tied the match with Kokomo 5-5. The highlights of the JV match included 5 doubles team of Corbin and Caleb Pinkerton, who won 7-5 in a tiebreaker as well as Dakota Kimmerling, who fought off 8 matches points in a tiebreaker, being down 0-6, and battled back to win 11-9 in the tiebreaker!

Other JV winners included the doubles teams of Asher Evelo + Eli Evelo, Will Rector + Nate Babb, as well as Luke Loller + Ryder Brown
